Our Organic Guatemalan Coffee is grown in the Huehuetenango region of the country. The region is set in chain of volcanoes called the Isaños which is where the coffee belt of Guatemala is situated, with the Huehuetenango region producing the most coffee in the country. The volcanic soil and the high altitudes give the coffee its beautiful aromas and flavour.
Organic Colombian
Our Organic Colombia coffee is a favourite amongst those who are looking for a really deep strong coffee while being deliciously smooth. Its toffee, and subtle hint of vanilla flavour work incredibly well with milk and is the best coffee for latte drinkers or those looking for really strong espresso shots.

Our Organic Colombian coffee comes from the Nariño region, close to the equator, coffee here grows at high altitudes in mineral rich soils. Located in the south of Colombia, the coffee farms here are smaller than elsewhere in Colombia and this has led to the development of Cooperatives that aim to produce high quality specialty coffee to benefit the small hold farmers.
Ethiopian
Our Ethiopian coffee is in a league of its own. As Ethiopia is said to be the origins of coffee its true to say this has an original taste. It is a balanced toffee and blackcurrant flavour. This is a fantastic coffee to drink black or for someone who is looking for a truly unique flavour profile.

This Yirgacheffe bean from Sidamo region of Ethiopia is grown near the shore of lake Abaya which gives its name to the nearby town. Growing at higher elevations between 1700m – 2200m the coffee grows at a slower rate, allowing greater time for the tree to deliver more nutrients so the bean develops better flavours.
Organic Nicaraguan
Our Organic Nicaraguan coffee has a soft caramel with a hint of strawberry it can be enjoyed with milk or black but has a touch of natural sweetness.

Our Organic Nicaraguan coffee is grown by a group of small holder coffee producers who are a part of the Cooperativa Agropecuaria Multisectorial Sagrada Familia R.L.
They have produced this Nicaragua Sagrada Familia SHG EP organic coffee in San Juan del rio Coco on the border of the Nueva Segovia and Madriz regions. The cooler temperatures at higher elevation during nightfall, help to slow the maturation time of the coffee cherry giving the coffee its delicate flavours.

This Honduran Organic Decaf is grown at altitudes between 1500m and 2000m in the Marcala region which is one of the best climates for producing great tasting coffee. The Swiss Water decaffeination process is used to help the coffee keep it flavor and it is a 100% sustainable process that uses no chemicals.
Our light roast Costa Rican coffee is perfect if you brew your coffee with a filter or french press. The subtle aromas of molasses and mandarin flower are best as a black coffee.
