Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return the product for a refund within this period, you may do so provided the conditions below are met. Please note that if the 30 days have passed, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund.

Requirements for reimbursement

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must not have been used
  • The product must not be damaged

To ensure that these criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable products are completely excluded from return.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without such proof, no refund will be issued.

Sale or clearance items

Only regular priced items can be returned; unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the items you wish to return. We do not refund shipping costs.

You must ensure that the products are correctly packaged to avoid damage in transit. If the product is damaged or worn beyond reasonable inspection, we may refuse to refund.
