We are often asked, "Do you have a coffee shop?" It's a great question and the answer is a bit complicated. Running a coffee roastery is much more than just roasting beans: it involves sourcing, testing and perfecting each coffee to meet our high standards.
Why we don't have a cafeteria
At our organic coffee roastery in Nerja we spend a lot of time selecting and developing new coffees. Because we are certified organic, getting the right beans requires more time and care.
Once we choose a new coffee, we go through extensive tasting and roasting tests to make sure it is perfectly balanced. This means tasting a lot of coffee, something we don't mind at all!
Another reason we don't have a shop is the strong aroma of roasted coffee. While we love the smell, it may not be ideal in the heart of the centre of Nerja.
Ultimately, our passion is roasting great coffee for people to enjoy at home. Whether you're brewing with a filter, espresso machine or French press, our goal is to bring you the freshest, highest quality coffee straight from our roastery to your cup.
